• Leading the reimagining of Xero’s Accounting App dashboard, shaping how small business owners can act faster on what matters most wherever they are.
• Led research, design, and storytelling for Tap to Pay, a high-impact mobile payments experience described by customers as a “game changer” for saving time and reducing admin.
• Built deep expertise in mobile payments, becoming the go-to for how payment experiences are surfaced and scaled in Xero’s mobile app.
• Forged strong feedback loops with partners like Stripe and Apple, resolving high-risk issues before launch and ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience.
• Scoped and sequenced overlapping initiatives, creating space for learning and influencing teams to prioritise research early to reduce costly dev rework.
• Used decision registers to document trade-offs and rationale, improving cross-team alignment and speed of decision-making.
